Because trust is earned—not claimed—Ghost Driver applies strict information-protection protocols before, during, and after every assignment. Consequently, our private clients, companies, and organizations benefit from proven discretion without compromising operational excellence.
Our Non-Negotiable Principles
No photos or videos of services are ever published (no social posts, no stories, no portfolio).
No disclosure of identities of our clients or team members (names, roles, locations, schedules, setups, routes).
No lateral information sharing with drivers outside the operation; in other words, only authorized and assigned personnel receive instructions.
Least-privilege distribution of instructions (need-to-know basis).
Secured, centralized communication channels with a single point of contact on the client side.
Data minimization and timely deletion of non-essential data once the mission is closed (subject to legal obligations).
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) signed on request, fully aligned with GDPR.
How These Rules Apply in Practice
1) Before the Assignment: Scoping & Confidentiality
From the initial brief, we define a confidentiality level (standard, enhanced, highly sensitive). Accordingly, we adapt:
the format of instructions (written, encrypted, timestamped),
the authorized recipients list (client & assigned drivers only),
the on-site discretion measures (pick-up points, access routes, naming conventions).
2) During the Assignment: Execution & Control
Next, we run a centralized command approach:
targeted, traceable driver briefings,
no cross-sharing of details with non-assigned drivers,
a change log (updates, approvals, contingencies) maintained by the mission lead,
zero publication of images or sensitive details (participants, venues, schedules, setups).
3) After the Assignment: Closure & Traceability
Finally, we ensure a clean close-out:
a concise debrief covering only useful elements (times, routes, operational notes),
purge of temporary data (lists, coordination messages) once billing is finalized,
archiving of required records only for accounting, tax, and insurance compliance.
GDPR Compliance: Your Rights, Our Commitments
Because the protection of personal data matters, we:
collect only what is essential (contact identity, coordinates, trip information),
secure communications and access,
honor requests for access, rectification, or deletion where applicable,
limit retention periods to what is strictly necessary, subject to legal requirements.
Typical Use Cases
Executive / VIP movements: compartmentalized routes and schedules; declared and individually briefed drivers.
Events / seminars: compressed lists (initials, codes); single control point on site.
Sensitive transfers (confidential timing, high-profile guests): broader time windows and encrypted instructions when needed.
What This Means for You
Practically, you gain peace of mind:
smooth preparation and clear instructions,
an airtight operation against information leaks,
and, as a result, discreet and precise execution.
